It’s a collective built on effort, respect, and shared growth, a space where people back each other through challenge and change, and where strength becomes something deeper than physical.

Henry Pham
Co-founder & Head Coach

With over a decade of experience in boxing and athletic performance, I’m a Boxing BC and Canada Certified Coach known for a technical, detail-driven approach. My background in multiple sports and amateur boxing shaped my commitment to precision and discipline. At Strikewell, I challenge athletes to be intentional with every movement and to keep pushing beyond what feels comfortable. My goal is to help people develop the skill, discipline, and confidence to perform at their best.

Zoe Perovic
Co-founder

I lead strategy and creative direction at Strikewell, making sure our vision comes through in everything we do. Most of my work happens behind the scenes, keeping the brand growing and connected to the people we serve. I’m naturally curious and love solving problems, always looking for new ways to make what we do feel meaningful. To me, Strikewell is about purpose, heart, and growing together with our community.

Meghan Zafaralla
Trainer & Performance Coach

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist with a background in nursing. My approach to coaching is supportive and practical, focused on helping people build real strength and lasting confidence. I believe training should feel approachable and empowering, giving clients the tools to move well and trust their bodies again. What I enjoy most is seeing people surprise themselves and carry that renewed sense of strength into every part of their lives.
